Who we are

Marivo Tours organises excursions and tours from Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt. For any question about your data, contact us on WhatsApp at +20 102 540 0809 or by email at zafranmudimo@gmail.com.

What we collect

The website has no sign-up form and no online payment. When you book on WhatsApp, you send us yourself: your name and phone number, the tour date, the number of adults and children, your hotel and room number, and your preferred language.

How we use it

We use it only to confirm your booking, arrange hotel pickup and contact you about your trip. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the driver, guide, boat or activity provider running your trip, such as your hotel, pickup time and number of guests. Your WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp, a Meta service, and are covered by its own privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The site stores your chosen language (a cookie named pll_language) and your chosen currency (EGP or USD) in your browser. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to run your trip and answer any follow-up questions, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or email us at the addresses above.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
